At&T will sell a 6Mbps package which you will actually find is more like 1.5. You will get 2-3 guys on the phone when you call named "Steve", "Oscar" and "Tyrone" who have mysterious Middle Eastern accents that claim you are too far from the central hub for anything faster than 2Mbps, and you will hang up frustrated. Eventually you will get "Irene" (who also mysteriously speaks with a bit of Bolliwood twang) who will offer you a free UPGRADE to what you originally paid for in the first place. Several minutes later you will have 6Mbps.
