Though I haven't really followed the MLS in the past(more of a FA Premier League type of guy myself), I am excited to see what David Beckham can do for soccer in America. I love football aka soccer, but I don't see how the MLS can afford to pay him $250 million dollars over five years. Out of the 13 teams in the MLS only 2 of them have turned a profit with in the last ten years. I think I will fly to Chicago to watch the Galaxy play the Fire though.
