I signed on today to find my entire activity popout filled, and then some, with "Poppyupdated her profile." She is an exciting lady, but that's a lot of updating, with additional notifications every minute or so. I've never heard of an SG account being hacked before, and I don't know if this is a glitch or what, but I'm just saying I saw what I saw.
Also, I'm still camera-less. It's mostly in the hands of my credit card company, who have told me that it'll be mid-SEPTEMBER now, not mid-August, before new interest rates are locked in, matching payments are applied, etc. Just in the nick of time for the first of my fall weddings-- y'know, the paying gigs I keep trying to get but never find until I don't have the tools to do the job. Luckily these wedding gigs mean I'll be able to put back every penny I put into equipment before Thanksgiving, so fuck Visa.
I'm heading back to Maine in a little over a week, and was hoping to have my own fancycam for the weekend, but it looks like I'll be borrowing the work kit. I may not even do that, since I may not have any models with me and any bodypainting shots I can take with my point&shoot, so....
Someday, you are going to see several sets from the lady Misa_. One of them has become a project which is honestly pushing me to new places in storytelling, digital design, and stupid cutesy one-liners. Hopefully it'll be done reeeeeally soon, because *I*, for one, would really like to share it.
