CLARIFICATION ON ABOVE PICTURE: After speaking to the local in Butt, MT, "open range" is the short way of saying "cows might be chillin' in the middle of the road because we didn't feel like building a fence, and as they're mostly black and we don't believe in streetlights, ....... good luck with that."
