well, what that makes me wonder, is if they eliminate graffiti at a young age, which is impossible, wouldnt there be a lot more room for these people to be sociopaths and serial killers?

OK!........Here's the deal.
I've got 28 days holiday to take before the end of the year........so ive spread it out over the next couple of months.......starting with 3 weeks from yesterday..........only problem is i have 3 weeks off but i havent gotta clue what to do with my time.
