I apologize if you commented on my journal and I haven't commented back, just had a lot going on lately. As Jim Anchower would say, "I know it's been a long time since I rapped at ya..."
Anywho, spent last weekend at my old Mizzou stomping grounds for a friend's birthday. I've only been away from Mizzou for a couple of months and already I got that weird Garden State feeling returning. I was glad to see everyone (but I wasn't glad I had to see The Wedding Date
) and I took my friend out for dinner at our favorite Indian joint where for some reason every time we go there we get into these lengthy conversations about the guys that have screwed us over in life. I picked the perfecr weekend to go, it was warm and sunny and a guy from Hillel had a party where my low alcohol tolerance prompted me to get smashed after two drinks, and the next day I went to synagogue services. I tell ya there's just nothing like a Torah reading when you're still hungover and woozy.
I read the Calvin and Hobbes piece for the 10-minute play showcase, and I am convinced that if I don't get to be in that one (or the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy piece) then life will have no meaning whatsoever.
Woah... I almost swore than my picture blinked. Weird. Maybe it's my paranoia that a picture that's not supposed to move will move, and... yeah.

Whenever I go back home I notice tons of things that have changed. It's so weird.

Murder She Wrote, eh....I've never watched that one though I did love Angela Lansbury in the film version of Pirates of Penzance.
