God I love the oldies
*listening to Dionne Warwick's Walk on By* something about that song, man.
Tonight i have to select a monologue for acting class and read two more chapters of this inane textbook. Sometime or another I gotta start on this book for history, Murdering McKinnley which I am not looking foward to. Last class my history prof. pronounced W.E.B DuBois' last name as "DuBoys" and I thought "wait, that can't be right." Then I asked my mom and she sad that he chose to pronounce it DuBoys instead of DuBwah. Darn, it was much more fun to think that my teacher was an idiot.

while on the comic topic, I will just have to stay, for now, with Neil Gaiman and Straczynski
later, off to math...
My younger sister actually did call a teacher on a mistake, but it was far worse than mispronunciation. This woman thought a cyclops was a dinosaur. The second time she said it, my sister couldn't take it anymore, raised her hand, and informed the teacher that the cyclops is a mythological creature, not a dinosaur.
