On May 9th 2008, a sequel to the cult hit Donnie Darko was announced in the form of S Darko - a movie involving Donnie's younger sister Samantha.
While this movie will have Daveigh Chase reprising her role as Samantha, there will be no involvement from Richard Kelly (the original's director), nor the familiar faces of Jake Gyllanhaal and the rest of the original cast that we all loved so much.
