My anxiety has been almost debilitating this week. It's giving me chest pains, I can't sleep, I've been crying a lot. Everything is out of my control right now and I can't stand that feeling. I've had to work on controlling my empathy as well...as my sister pointed out, I get so worked up about others that I sacrifice my own mental health. The past two days I've tried exercising, as I'm running out of options on ways I know how to control my anxiety. I think it's been helping. At least it helps take my mind off things for a little while. And I should be staying active anyways...it's gonna be rough when I have to go back to the strip club! Lol!
