I've been rather uninspired lately. Perhaps it's because only my work is going well these days. Although there are signs things are going better.
Last night, I went out with a friend of mine in the industry. I met the guy at a convention in Vegas (Black Hat 2001) and I bump into him every few months. We ended up closing the Sergent Recruteur talking about interesting hacker stuff.
I has been a while since I've closed a bar. I used to be a regular at the Sergent and go there every thursday (pay day) in 2001. The staff still recognizes me.

i should have taken my fm2, it would have done much better. it wasn't all blizzardy when i got on the subway though, so i didn't think it would be that bad down by the water. boy was i wrong.
