Okay, this is the official (meaning that it was approved by the censorship commitee of the Party for public displayal to the masses) account of DefCon XI.

I got in there early afternoon thursday. Grabbed a quick nap, two microwave burritos, a twelve of MGD, my defcon pass and setup camp around the pool waiting for the others and working on my drunkeness.

I ended up spotting and freaking out Shalome by making my best stalker impression (Her: "Do you know where we get a badge?" Me: "You wouldn't happen to be from *location deleted*?")

Shalome quickly located Josh, eanemated and others that I had conspicuously passed in front all evening looking for them. We met some more folks that either knew Josh (ie: Melanie, the infamous key girl) or where sitting nearby. I was appropriately drunk by then. We ended up capping the evening at Spearmint-Rhino's watching Robin dance and so on. Got back to the hotel around midnight and I promptly passed out on my bed. I'm not limp, I was merely drunk and tired.
