I did not keep him but I thought about it. I am a sucker for animals, especially injured ones! the other supervisor handled it since he has worked there for many many years and dealt with a lot of injured turtles apparently. I was actually distracted by finding a yellow jacket nest and having to deal with it!
I know. When school starts, my life will have meaning again. I think that I need to get out for a while before that happens, though. Ha. If gas weren't worth half its weight in gold, I'd just drive and drive and drive...
