so i have been trying to go back to the gym and do the yoga classes cuz well being able to stretch is a great great thing .. been trying to go on saturday morning ,,, but it turns out its sunday ,,, haaa this never seems to work out lol !!

actually i am on the island that victoria is on .. im just wayyyy north about 4 hrs ,, i guess my island is 10 hrs long to drive form tip to tip ,, there are a bunch of way smaller island between us and the mainland ,, we are referred to as "big island " actually vancouver island
