went to the zoo this weekend. zoos fucking rock! but i keep forgetting: are the animals in the cages or are the people in the cages? the zoo here in Minnie is a pretty good one. but like every other fucking zoo the animals are soooo bored with their horrible lives. they just lay there without the least bit of interest. zoos are supposed to give us a glimpse into the lives of these animals. shit, they might as well just hang a picture of that fucking otter, because his mind is still back in the wild where he came from. the goddam tiger just paces back and forth across the cage all day, waiting for that moment when some mother drops her baby just a little too close to the bars. sometimes i wanna root for the tiger to get his fresh kill...
