Sleep depervation is a wonerfull thing i'nit Thats my usual Friday, or Saturday, depending on if I have to work it. The best part about the whole thing is being awake to see the same part of day, with 0 hours sleep in between. It's like time travel, just without alcohol. People always tell me, "that's so bad for you to do that, staying up that long." Of course these are the 3-pack-a-dayers talking. So I respond back, "best check yoself foo"
I'm having a bit of a dilema with my running. I seem to have a slight case of shin splints going on here. I dont know why. Somebody told me it cuz I ran too much right off the bat and should've gottin' back into running shorter distances first. I dont know. I'm gunna start swimming again pretty soon anyways, I like swimming better, so screw running for awhile. I can always ride my trusty Mt bike around. I'll do that.
