Oh what a day. I finally have some energy. Monday I started doing some cross country running to get back in shape. I did 1.5 mile on monday, 3.5 miles Wednesday, and I've riding by Mt. Bike around in between. And all that tireing hard work has given me tons of energy. Probably cuz it gets me active n movin' n shit.
I havent really been in the mood to update, but now I am. Well for now anyways.
I'm also going to get back in my speedo and start swimming again. I need to get my six-pack-abs back to impress the ladies Yes........I'm impressive in a speedo.
