just finished putting together a desk for my wife...hope she likes it. Actually, she should like it, since she picked it out and all, but I hope she likes how I set it up for her.
Anyways, so it has been a week since WonderCon...and although I didn't get to see a 10th of what I wanted to see, it was after all my first Con and I had a blast, albeit alone (my lady couldn't make it at the last minute
)
But not too alone. I found plenty of people to talk to at the event (for a sampling please take a look at my wonder con album), and I got to meet some of the ladies at the SG booth who, as always, are so stunning that I walked away having purchased both their book SG: Beauty Redefined, and their deck of cards which all the girls there were kind enough to sign for me..
It wasn't all perfect unfortunately: although I saw a lot of celebrities but couldn't get too close to them and when I was able to I couldn't afford their autographs. (38 bucks for a Mark Hamill autograph!). I bought almost 2 hundred dollars worth of stuff, but after a long day and no eating I lost one of my bags that had a bunch of books I'd gotten (at least sixty bucks)...
all in all, would I go next year? Oh hell yeah! Albeit more prepared, now that I know what to expect. In fact i'm hoping to got to the Comic Con in San Diego this year. Yeah...i am geek, hear me roar.
Anyways, enough for today...I just realized I haven't had any breakfast...and i'm starting to feel loopy.

Wouldn't it of been a bitch if she hated it after you put it together haha.
Sounds like you had a blast at the convention!!
