your art looks beautiful. i know how you feel. that happened to me about a yr or two ago. they charged me over 600bucks because i went over 3 cents i do believe and never told me about it. charter one sucks. but everything will work out. if i could afford to have a broke roomate i'd take ya in but i cant even afford to pay my own bills
