ok so it's been months. i guess i haven't had much to say. things are kinda the same. kitten still getting bigger. like too big for tom's lap. still working my ass off for 40+ hours a week. sometimes losing my sanity but maybe i need it anyway. well my company did some weird raise thing, i didn't think my company did raises like all throughout the company at once. i thought every year on your anniversary and that was it, but we must be doing well right now cause i got my annual in may and just within the past month i got another $.50 raise! yay for fmc!

and i am going back to school, pre nursing. i start on september 5th. i scored 98 percentile on the grammar section for my placement test. who'da thunk it? so i'm taking honors english in my first semester, which i am told will look oh so nice on my application for the nursing program itself. i picked 2 of my books yesterday. they only came to $50 for the 2 of them, so hopefully the other 2 don't come to much more than that... but i feel good about it. still scared shitless, but slightly accomplished at least. yay for me!
