I've made myself go down hill a little, when i'm down i eat and things like that. Now I am paying the penalty feeling sick 
bloated.
Now thanks to my gf we are going to go bush walking over the long weekend and nice and cold weather at night around 4c, 39F.
On other news it looks like winter here is going to be warm and dry with not a lot of rain.
