Okay, so I'm in the process of moving right now. I'm just moving about four blocks, but it's still a pain in the ass. I moved the computer day before yesterday, and they were supposed to hook up the new cable modem yesterday morning. Only, they aren't getting the right frequency into the house or something, so the cable tv works, but not the computer....

Not a whole lot going on today. I finished pricing out my computer last night. It's a little over $2200, which is more than I wanted to spend, but all I've got left is a ethernet card and WiFi, and maybe a printer if I want a new one. But that includes speakers, headphones, software ... pretty much everything.

Now all I gotta do is...

The night sky burns, as if to remind me of the streetlamp glaring in my window. Burns, as if the day is refusing to die tonight. But I know this is just a trick of the eye and low cloudcover. Above, night, sweet eternal night, gowned in her finest gown of black and white. How I wish for the smell of cold, moonglow on snow....

I've had a tough couple of days, and my best friend seems to have dissappeared, as she hasn't been responding to her emails. Leave me some love.

So, I agreed to play a bit part at our local theater. Problem: didn't tell scheduling people at work in time, and I would have to give up 6 nights of work, a.k.a. about $300. I've been wracking my brain about what to do (cause the director is a beloved ex-highschool teacher of mine), and I decided to try to find someone to fill the...

Just got done priming the walls in my new room in the new house. It should be pretty nice. I got roped into another play at the local theatre, and cause I'm a dumbass and didn't request off work in time, I have to give up six days of work. Fucking shit. I just get to the point where they start giving me near full-time,...

Work was tough. Assholes suck. So I bought a video game.

Ethical question: should I keep the shitty game I bought at Walmart yesterday (before I found out it was shitty), or should I return it to Sam Goody, where I have friends, to get the refund? I don't have the receipt, so I couldn't return it to Sam Goody.

Feeling better today. I think I just needed more sleep.

Also, I think my frustration towards my dad was mainly based on a subtle realization that I'm going to be intellectually much greater than either of my parents, and I'm going to have to leave them behind. Aaaand there goes my ego again. One moment...

*finds ego. strangles.*

That's better.

Incidently, John Kerry ate at...

HAHA Those are good words.

I don't know if comic cards still have any value or not? They use to be a very hot thing in the 90's. But no one makes them anymore and I haven't seen price guides for them at all. It sucks too because I have about 30 different sets of comic cards.

Bleh. It's not even the 4th, and I'm already tired of summer. Too much sun, and the nights are too short.

I'm getting pissed at my dad. The more I've hung around this summer, the more I'm learning to despise him. His jokes aren't funny anymore, and I don't see him as being wise or even smart like I used to.

(I converted to atheism...

Man, I wish I could see the sun. It has rained for 18 straight days here in Georgia. Everything is wet and muggy. It's like a freaking rain forest!

That sucks that you are in that situation. Luckily for me, my immediate family has no real religious affiliation anymore. So we are bunch of agnostic or Peagan um...people.
