Well don't judge then based on your sample then. Crawfish should only be boiled live and in season and only from Louisiana. Most grocery stores would have the Chinese version and they are bland at best and nasty at worst. Me and @fresa are kinda passionate about crawfish 😊

@chefbeth ohhh lord crawfish!!!! Def out of season though. You should catch them yourself and boil em up! :]
