i can definately say fall has arrived. last night it got down to around 45 degrees. we haven't ordered propane yet and do not have any type of electric heat so the 3 of us were bundled under blankets all cuddly warm. nothing but two big heads and one little head was poking out. tonite it'll be the same scene. forecast says the low is 42. EEK.

my mom came over today to visit. one of her monthly visits. (she lives about 5 miles away) but it was a nice visit, suprisingly. we went to the back field because she wanted to find some herbs and roots. (she's into that stuff, drying herbs and making tinctures) the wind felt so nice. just a bit chilly but the sun shining down warmed me up. when we were out in the field, our horse came up and would not leave my mom alone. it was funny as hell. mainly because she was halfway acting scared. damn, i sadistic. but she kept walking away looking over her shoulder at him. HAHA. and he kept put his nose on her butt. and he nibbled at it. "What's he do, nibble your bum?" oh fuck...it was funny as hell...you'd have to have been there.


i have been having some last minute ideas for halloween. i am queen o' procrastination. my 'idea' is for what i have always wanted to dress up as. well, since i was around 17 anyways. fuckin' Alex from A Clockwork Orange. i have just never had the money or something happened to where i couldn't do it. but i am really wanting to do it this year. only 16 days left. but i think i can put a halfway decent costume together. course all i have is a white shirt and the boots. i need a hat, white pants, a cane, eyelashes, white suspenders...and i'm even going to try to get the crotch protector deal. that shit just ain't happenin. i think i will look badass, if can get it all together that is.
