Definitely got to have the shoulder scanned which is a pain. Looks like it's back to the physio's for a while in the meantime anyway. Hopefully the early starts will motivate me to get back in training before work though.
Hoping to go to the Banksy/Hewlett exhibition in Brighton in a couple of weeks. Would be nice to get something for my new room. Might see about stopping off in London for a bit on the way/back too.
Also thinking about growing my beard Jason Lee stylee... will probably end up looking like a dirty old man though so might stick with the stubble/clean shaven look for a while
