my teacher is mark, he teaches at the mac in term time. there is also a guy called robin his no is 07968484311, his classes run all the time from harborne. also james does more advanced classes at the mac again in term time only. if you have the discipline to do it at home there is a great set of dvd's by david swenson available from theyogashop.com (or co.uk sorry i can't remember)

The stinkwagen isn't very well. It's making a funny whining noise (not unlike me) when I drive it in anything above 2nd gear.
