Deleted my last blog. I am trapped in a cycle of negativity. I cannot allow myself to be negative. It leads to anger and depression. I have to drag myself out of this. I must focus on the positives, on the good things going on around me.
First: I have a wonderful boyfriend who is kind, patient, and understanding. Also, he is quite serious on marrying me someday and this makes me happier than I can even begin to describe.
Second: I have a kickass job. I love where I work and who I work with. It leaves me feeling accomplished and useful everyday.
Third: I have some really wonderful people here who give me so much support and encouragement. Part of me wants to leave, but I need this place to laugh and vent too much.
I think that is more than enough to be happy about.

Good to focus on the positives. They are easy to lose sight of in times of sadness. Luckily they often shine pretty bright. Stay shiny!
