We're celebrating our holidays 3 days early on Wednesday. It's more convenient for us, because the husband works on Christmas. Wednesday we won't have to rush. And then Saturday will be just another day. We'll get up when the kids wake us on Wednesday. We can shower and eat breakfast and settle into the day before we rush into presents. My mom will be here and not leaving for my sister's house. So, the kids will have their Nanny all morning. We won't have to hurry to get everything done before the husband has to leave for work. We'll go over to his mother's sometime in the afternoon. So, the kids will also get to see their Oma. They'll have their presents there and then we can come home and relax the rest of the day. I'm very excited about this. Here's to a stress-free holiday season!
I hope everyone else has a wonderful, stress-free holiday!
I've got a new painting planned, but I don't know if I want to save it for the art show or paint it now. My grandmother used to say that ideas are floating around in the air. You're lucky if you're in tune with the universe enough to grasp the idea. And if you don't use it when you have it, then someone else will. My paint brushes are soaking. I couldn't paint it until tomorrow either way, but I have 5-6 loads of laundry to do.
OH! I set up an Etsy shop for my mom!!! I'm so excited about it! I hope her stuff sells. She'd be so happy.
Speaking of, she's moving out on mine and my husband's anniversary. How's that for timing. Her apartment will be ready THAT SAME DAY. haha. But I'm not rushing her out. I'll probably have to put off the burlesque dance for my husband until Valentine's Day. But that just gives me more time to prepare.
I'm going to miss her. I won't even see her half as much after she moves out. But I'm going to be very happy about having the master bedroom and my own space. No babies interrupting mine and my husband's bedtime.
If I'm on here at all Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday night, please scold me. No offense, but I should be too busy to get on here... as addicting as it is here, I don't know that I'll be able to stay away.
I love you guys!

I get the addicting part. We'll all still be around when it's time to come back.
