And on a related note, I just found out that the magazine that I'm hoping to intern for is branching off of a sex toy business. HOW AWESOME. I am the perfect candidate. I'm just sayin'.

Me and the Mel Head are going to be peddling our wares at the Pittsboro street fair this Sunday from 12 to 4. Hopefully I'll sell some jewelry and make some money for Christmas. IKEA doesn't pay me enough.
Whatever isn't sold on Sunday, I'm going to try selling at The All Arts Market in NoDa on the 16th and 17th.

So the last time I wrote, I said that I was searching for a roommate. Well, Mel and I moved in with our sexually ambiguous photographer friend who is now set on leaving us for a greater life in NY.

So we are yet again looking into finding a new roommate.

And we didn't get our studio...which two budding jewelry designers sure could use.

One of my roommates is planning on moving out when the lease is up in June.
Mel and I have to find someone else, but first, we need to decide if we are staying here or trying to find a place where we'd have the room for a studio.

So my job troubles are over as of now...and I'm probably going to be working at Torrid at Northlake in the fall. Right now I'm writing listings for an eBay auction drop off place in Gastonia. It's really relaxed and fun so I'm loving it so far...minus the long drive and numerous tank fill ups.

Anyway...I'm going to enjoy Bastille Day and my new house.

I need a job so bad.

Anyone know of any openings in the Charlotte area, preferrably somewhere pretty cool and relatively relaxed?
I'd love to work at Torrid, but they never seem to be hiring when I need them to be.
