Soooo.... who was at Reading or Leeds this weekend? I have a bad history with this festival for a few reasons, so when my boy was announced for it I was excited and proud and also a little filled with dread. But, as always with him, I had the best time ever. They played main stage Reading on Saturday, it was surreal, the bass literally knocked people unconscious, we then watched Bring Me The Horizon with an amazing sunset to back drop.... how apt...? Bring Me have been mates of mine for around 7 years and its amazing to see them grow as performers, their set was by far the best thing I have seen in AGES (Modestep not included because obviously they were the best) It was by far a headlining slot. I slept through Metallicas show, because lol just no please retire.
We then headed to Leeds for Sunday, the boys put on another amazing show BUT the real highlight of the weekend for me was the Relentless closing party in the woods around the campsite, Culprate was DJing before Tony and he was insane, the crowd was hype, 12,000 people amongst the trees and rain. Tony's set was a fucking shut down, it was my favourite DJ set he has ever done, I was very drunk and climbing into the crowd, the vibes were levels I can't even explain. I'm so proud of my babe.
