It was the conception of pointless gain that brought you here.
To the lower quarter, where our sinew lies. Staring with eyes, that water with the desperation for acceptance; and drip with the dream of grandeur. Looking to make the tired leather and dirty, graffitied walls a second-hand womb.
Did you change your soul for this?
Did you exhale lies only your mouth would believe?
Did you think you would be that neon blossom, that fireworked in its own essence?
Did you come here to hide from your own truth?
The one you have spent years desperately shadowing, through winter-swept streets.
Or are you here, just to sit under the red sixty watt stars,
and say "this is where i was born."?

I am an observer of people....
but sometimes people need to be observed through a screen. In episodic format. In the form of an HBO show about mobsters....
which, hopefully soon, i can watch with a really pretty girl i know...

the show is, of course, best veiwed while consuming a bag of mini-oreo's, that other people wish they thought to get...
that, or stolen fries...mwahahaha!

has anyone seen the DaVinci Code yet?
i've been itching to go, but i can't find someone who will go with me..

on a funny note.....my mom's church is boycotting the movie. and on the cover of the catholic newspaper here, they spent the whole page talking about the book. And then inside, they had countless articles on it. It was like the whole paper was devoted to the DaVinci Code. They had articles talking about how why you shouldn't see the film. And ones about, how it's full of lies and evil. And ones even personally attacking and insulting the author. The last one made me laugh the most....seeing as it was a 'catholic' newspaper.

I mean come-on......it's a work of FICTION!!!
Which it states in the front of the book!
It even resides in the section of the bookstore titled 'FICTION'.

The stupidity of it astounds me.
They don't even reallise that the book would have been 10 times less successful, if they didn't kick up such a fuss.

Someone gave me the book 4 months before it was all over CNN. And everybody i told, had never even heard of it. And didn't seem all that interested in reading it.
4 months down the road, everyone has read it, and it's all over the place.
Why? Cause religionatics started fussing about it...

and that......is the funniest thing about it......
