This past President's Day, Dmuff and I decided to go out for coffee. It had been rainy, and on our way down the concrete stairs to our parking garage, I slipped and fell on my ass.
It hurt so much that I actually thought I was going to throw up for a minute or two. Luckily, I didn't break anything, but it was a pretty deep bruise. After 2 weeks, I can finally walk and sit comfortably, but running has not worked out too well.
The Pasadena Marathon is on March 22nd, and I'm not ready.
