Here is a simple scientific equation for the way men think:

(Brain + Heart)/2 + Penis

Here is how an intoxicated dude thinks:
((Brain + Heart)/2 + Penis)Alchol = Heart/2 + Penis * Penis

uummmm... i'm guessing drunk and horny, hope she'll take me back for at least one night (not like your sleeping with a stranger, I mean you were lovers right? why not this one last time?), there are other reasons, but they usually revolve around that one
