As we all know, so many countries are in danger for Coronavirus and we gotta stay at home making quarantine to stop spreading the virus.
By now i have been 1 week exactly at my home without going out and i had to see how many things can i do indoor.
Here are some tips you can share to stop getting bored!
*We gotta maintain our muscles in order so a little morning fit routine would be the best
*Reading! We all know that our brain gets older but reading and other mental exercises makes it slower
*Gardening is a good idea if you are curious. Knowing how to grow plants will help you get the days faster.
*Take pictures! Use this time to get the perfect picture and you will have a reason to not be in pijama all day!
*Learn a song you love and make a cover of it !
*Watch funny videos, you know that this is so hard so maintain yourself happy!
*Meditation is one of the best things to do. You get time with yourself and that will help you to not get out of control.
*Masturbate but not in excess. Remember, it's so healthy but you gotta have time for other activities .
