My new diet and exercise plan is off to a great start! Im already down 3.3lbs in just 3 days. I know it wont last, haha, but it's nice to see the scale dropping. I wanted to drop 30lbs by mid July, now i nly have 26.6 to go. Hitting the gym early. Once i can see some progress I'll post pics.

So logged about 17 miles on the bike at the gym and did a good arm work out. Tomorrow will be biking at the park if i can make it to the store first and grab a new tire.
