Inappropriate Management Rant.
In light of some shit at work going on I'm going to present to everyone some rules that should be adhered to if you want to keep employees.
Rule 1: If you under budget for personel for the year don't lay off people for two weeks to come in under budget.
Rule 2: Don't make year end bonuses for office workers dependent upon staying under budget for personel.
Rule 3: If you promise pay raises all year long, deliver, but at the very least follow Rule 1
Rule 4: Promote from within. If someone in the company is capable of advancing to a higher position help them achieve that position rather than hire someone from outside.
The latest word I got was that I'll be coming home off my hitch 2 weeks early, due to lack of budgeted funds.
If they send me home tomorrow, I will not be returning. I've given these fucks more slack than I've ever given any other company.
