I am sad tonight. Lonely, without good conversation. I should keep these things to myself.
aspasia:
Yes, I've been to Murano. Have you been?
(And thank you, again.)

marieceleste:
No no no, don't keep it to yourself, please don't think you should.
You're in limbo at the moment, aren't you?

So pretty. Magic.
Maybe you need to take some Butterfly Potion and it will magic you over here. Give you delicate wings to fly the Atlantic. Might be a tad cold tho.

See, I don't even know enough about photo to know how one would go about getting one's photos into a gallery. But thanks for the compliment!
aspasia:
I *may* have been on a staircase. *May.*
marieceleste:
mmm
aspasia:
Thanks, but nope. I never went to art school. I know jack about photos--other than the ones I take.
I'm mainly a writer, that's what my MFA is in.
I like your work!

I went to my shrink appointment today and actually spent an hour just shooting the shit, cracking jokes, and laughing as if everything was right with the world. Not bad. I've been in town for 2 months now, and I am starved, hurting for meaningful conversation and fun. Sad. Fuck'n suburbia. I and it have nothing in common.

Is that what you pay him/her for??

I guessed the Hay, because I know they have a book bound in human skin.
I have never seen that movie. I should though--that soundly like a deadly combo.
Thanks for your compliments on my hobby-work.

I went to Athens to spend New Years there with friends. I was told that the Atomic Clock added an extra second at midnight. The Earth's rotation is not exactly perfectly timed to fit 365 days exactly, hence leap years.
I visited my ex girlfriend, with whom I am on pleasant terms. I miss her cats. They are actually rather attached to me, particularly this...

Pretty wildlife.
Last night, or I guess this morning, I had a dream about the number 7. I was in India with a guru-woman, and she was performing a love blessing for us (me, my sister and some other women). We were in a shallow pool, we were immersed, and the guru said that today was the Festival of Seven. I actually thought of you in my dream! (Remember that conversation we had about favourite numbers a while ago?)
I really feel like the ultra-hippy here.

And thanks for the good words on my photography. I plan on keeping it up, come hell or highwater.

And Merry New Year to you too my dear.
A real life kiss is heading it's way to you right now.

My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult, Foetus Inc., both in rotation lately.
I love the Foetus song, "I'll meet you in Poland, Baby."
I love history. You have to know your history to get it.
Got the live Foetus, Male, on CD for Christmas, as well as the new Skinny Puppy DVD. Awesome.
I've always liked Skinny Puppy, despite their shock for shock's sake...

It's a wish, as I'd only want the real thing.
I do have an MFA from Brown, but it's in poetry. The photo-thing is just a hobby I picked up.

It's over! It's over! It is finally over!
Yeah!
Scrooge and proud of it.

Thank dog for that!
Cyclical nature, I've returned!
I think.
So much $ spent on getting my portfolios ready. . . and the holidays cleaned me out!
Still, I'm in a half decent mood.
acid, rancorous, beligerant, acerbic,
o.k. words
I miss good conversation.

Things slowly falling into place like so many leaves from our deciduous trees.
I got my car back from the garage.
A bit of missed freedom, tires spinning in the air and upside down.
Messages not returned. Never a good sign. Imaginary.
Is this the silence of being so misunderstood? Imaginary.
What is ugly with-in me. (?) Imaginary.
Imaginary letters, imaginary e-mails, imaginary voice messages,...

I wish I could visit crazy fairyland, some place under a hill, maybe, vast and hidden.
I wrote a story about this place when I was about 10. In the story I (or the heroine) found it whilst riding a white horse.
Although a lost month in Mexico is tempting, better times is the better road, methinks.
And thank you for my sea shanty.
Nobody has written any poetry for me for years.
