Only a few more weeks until I have to take a break from my fitness routine for surgery, so it is so important that I get as much as I can into the schedule now.
As you see, I can not do a normal workout. I like things that are fun and give me an ardrenaline rush in an upside down position. 😜
Today was super productive. As you see in the gif, one of the most basic and first skills you learn in aerial is the ankle hang. Although I've been practicing for a few years now (minus breaks I've had to take in between), my trainer makes sure we always revisit the basics.
Ankle hang is actually one of the basic moves that gives my foot (previously injured) some trouble. It gives me the most anxiety, but I was able to get it and be very proud of it. It
