Well, things are still shitty, but there is some good news ^_^
The car issue turned out to be shotty machenic work, (I orget the technacalities, as I don't know cars) but that'll be fixed friday.
Tomorrow I'm going to a Hafla.
What happens at a Hafla?
"You will see exciting, live bellydance perfomances, take a mini dance lesson, spend time socializing, mingling, eating and drinking, shopping, and dancing."
Whether or not I'll be dancing is up to my back. However, regardless, I'm going to be a vendor there for free, since it's a charity event ^_^ I also added 5 new things to my Etsy shop (and hopefully, will be making more things for tomorrow)
Also, this sunday, I have it set up to do Art in the Park again. I haven't done it at all this year, as Amanda hasn't done it, and we always split the cost of a table. Well, the tables are $35 now instead of $25, so that kinda sucks. My grandmother is gonna pay $25 of it so I can do it, and also showcase lots of her stuff there, long with poppy's stuff. So, this week, I'm gonna be a busy bee.
Tonight I need to make some of those Andes Mint Covered pretzels I always make for holidays. I'm going to have a sample tray of them, since I'll (hopefully) be selling them for Apple butter this year with my table.
I also need to make some more pieces that I think the group of people at the Hafla would like more than some of my current pieces.
I also got high yesterday with Anna & Amanda. Anna's last day was yesterday--she's moving to get wy from a controlling, abusive (mentally & [physically) psycho ex. I've been helpin her through the whole situation, since I went through tht with Steve--we've become a lot closer. But last night he wouldn't stop calling her, she wouldnt pick up, so he was averaging 4 messages a minute on her voicemail.
He even threatened to burn her house down, called her a slut, bitch, etc. So we convinced her to take the phone to the cops. Hopefully she followed through. Even after deleting the not so important messages, and only saving the threatening ones, there were 10 from an hour. I hope she ends up doing well where she went.
But off to be a busy bee
