Too funny, when I typed that I was thinking "I don't think this is how you spell Ezikiel...but she will be forgiving" ;P
I will have to get the new one, those poor bastards were written off as soon as someone said they were Cobain/Vedder wannabes. I disagree with that statement, but even if they are, isn't that good thing? Better than being Creed wannabes.
Side note: I hate Creed.
As far as Hornby, I read About a Boy and loved the piss out of it. The movie was sub-par, now I am trying to get through
How to be Good, I am about half way, and just can't seem to really dig it enough to want to finish. But I did pick up a Dave Eggers/Hornby featured Short Story book. THere is a story called Nipple Jesus in it. You would dig it. Can't remember the name of it but I will check at home.
Another book I dug similiar to Hornby was Namedroppers by Emma Forrester. Good shits.
I hope he comes out with another on edge book too, I love his music references, and his character personas are right on.
I don't think I know anyone who would remember to put Silverchair on thier favorite music list. Ezekiels Son and Shade still rock my flip flops off.
And a Nick Hornby reader is pure classy.
In closing:
I would poke you in your belly button, but not too deep.

Talk about rambling.
