Take care lady, and don't forget things turns and change for everybody .. I often dealed with loneliness and when I feel lost or depressed, a good spiritual book can make a difference and satisfy me, and omega3 supplements helps me a LOT without taking hard prescriptions, but I'm sure there is a lot of other little things you enjoy doing and that can help you too. and giving up drugs is better too, you'll feel grateful toward yourself.
