so, my yoga class had become so crowded that you couldnt do anything with out being face to face with some ones ass... so i started this cardio kick box thing like maybe two months ago.... and let me just say.... I LOVE IT!!! its fabulous. not only because it releases aggression, but more importantly because i was compleatly amazed to find this line forming on my stomach.... a faint glimmer of a sixpack yet to come.... not that i want one... ( i dont want to look manly) but that line is really, really fucking cool.... it made me want to dance and sing and frolic about like a litte pixey......
but any way.... after class this instructor guy was talking me into trying these chinese kickboxing classes.... with like hand to hand combat or some shit..... but ive been thinking about going for it... and then i could be like a killer bee! YAY KILLER BEES! ( if you are confused... there are a series of movies about the wu-tang and the shao lin... the fighting girls are killer bees.... )

As for the hand to hand class, sounds like tons of fun. Learning to kick someone's ass whilst gettingin shape, I like it!!
I shall go back to sports myself too!
