Well, I have now had the last 8 scheduled SG hopeful shoots cancel on me. Something tells me I am not destined to be a SG photographer. Can't get a portfolio started. Arg...frustrating.

Well, had 2 scheduled SG hopeful shoots today and they both cancelled. Unfortunate, but things happen. The disappointing part is, as a newer photographer trying to build my portfolio, I cannot pay my models. It's hard to find models willing to work TFP. I don't blame them not working TFP though. It's always awkward working with a newer unknown photographer and taking your close off in front of some guy you just met with a camera can seem a little sketchy. I am finding, no matter how respectful I try to approach models about potential shoots, I always feel a little greasy.
