Being I'm school makes me happy as a clam.. I'm learning to do so much more with my career (chef), expanding my knowledge to great measures. I've learnt hope to butcher a wild boa, venison, rabbit, shuck a live scallop, make amazing sauces and soon making sausages. I love what I do
