About a week ago a friend of mine found out that I can knit and asked me if I could teach her how. She told a friend of hers, who told a friend of hers and before I knew it I was hosting a knitting circle. Who knew there would be so much interest in such an obscure talent? So tonight about a dozen people are coming to my house to learn how to knit and make sushi. I have been to weirder themed parties. Who knows, this may become a new sunday night custom.
