I got in a nice ride on the bike yesterday afternoon. It was cool enough, that I almost needed a sleeved shirt or light jacket and I got sprinkled on for about 5 miles. It was a wonderful ride and quite a change from the depressing heat we'd been having. smile

A noisy cricket has been my advisary for the last couple of days. His chirping is beginning to get on my nerves. I think a trip to the store for some indoor insect spray is in order. He won't stand a chance when I begin the chemical warfare.

I have recently come to the conclusion, that the perfect way to start the day, would be to have a muscle stretching massage. It seems like it always takes awhile for my muscles to get going in the morning, so I think that stepping out of bed and onto a massage table for a stretch and a rub down, would probably be a great way to get the day off to a good start. Just thinking out loud here. biggrin

A dental appointment to get my teeth cleaned is on the schedule for this afternoon. I'm not a big fan of the process....I"d rather have some drilling done, than a cleaning. I think I squirm in the chair and gag more from a cleaning, than I do from a root canal. The same lady has done my teeth cleaning for years....her technique hasn't improved any. frown

The coffee is tasting particularly good this morning....another hot, steaming cup seems appropriate right now.....

Cheers!

Hey Sabre! I see that you haven't been around lately either.
How did your cricket dilema work out? Remember that it is bad luck to kill a cricket eeek .
There has to be a way to catch him. I haven't figured it out yet, because we have one at work that chirps like nuts every damn morning. We also have those huge roaches running from here to there, and I always scream, even though customers might see.
I hope you are doing well. Sorry I haven't been around much. Youare always in my thoughts, though.
