My internet connection was down from late Tuesday, until around 5pm yesterday. I hate that I've come to depend on having the internet and that it can cause problems when it's not working. I do a little business with email and such, but not much and luckily had nothing pressing that I needed it for yesterday. Still, I hate that it's come to the point that when it's not working, I feel cut off from the world and information. I don't like the feeling of being that strongly connected to something inanimate....like wires and chips and bytes.

I had a dream last night and for the first time, someone from SG was in it. Part of the dream was very erotic....why is it those types of dreams never last all night?....damn Anyway, it was a pleasant if not confusing dream. Confusing because I couldn't figure out why the things that were going on, were going on. I think I just kind of shrugged my shoulders and went along with it. That's probably the best thing to do when you find yourself in an unexpected erotic situation.

I feel pretty good about myself, for having accomplished a number of things yesterday. All of them small things to be sure, but worth while things none the less. I think it was the fact that I managed to get a whole bunch of them wrapped up and out of the way in one day that has me patting myself on the back. Accomplishment is a very good and satisfying feeling.

The last one is more of a story, that was told by a mother about her 4 year old son, knowing what love means.

They had an elderly next door neighbor, who had just recently lost his wife of many years. The boy, seeing the old man cry, went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap and just sat there. When his mother asked what the child had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,

"Nothing, I just helped him cry."
