23 is a rather boring one, but i plan on making the most of it. may go to see 'kung-fu hustle.' (i originally wanted to see 'hitchhiker's guide' but i've heard such awful things that i don't think i could take that kind of disappointment on my day of celebration 
). maybe a trip to the big sex toy store...a purchase i've wanted for a long time...and trying out the new purchase 
oh yes and consuming much wine. possibly some bong hits as well
