this is why i don't make plans.
by now i should be on my way home to alabama to spend the holidays with my family. but on the way home from the SG event in grand rapids (which was really fun by the way. heh) my car just died.
they told me today they think it's the timing chain. which everyone else keeps saying is just really bad and i should just get another car if that's the case.
fuck.

A good idea if you are going to keep the car is to go ahead and do the water pump at the same time as the timing belt. it costs more now, but water pumps go bad generally shortly after timing belts anyway and you have to take the timing belt off to get to it, so you save on labor in the long run.
I'm looking at a picture of you and Stacie that she sent me in my birthday card. Stacie is such a sweetie.
