Anyone want my job?????? Ruff night . I get in at 9:15 and their just cracking the second truck. I talk to the unloaders. Alan ( my future assistant aka gumby) sent one of my unloaders home. One unloader only worked a half a night and another is out for a few days. I almost flipped on Enrique. He was the assistant on. He did send them some help. He calmed me down a little bit. He was an accountant I believe and came right out of the program. He was an assistant in training at post road.Then got moved to N.K. He told me a few things tonight. He basically told me to watch my back when Alan comes to nights. Witch I kind of figured any ways. The other thing he told me is that I am basically a target. Anything I do wrong some one is going to pick up on it and take pride up doing so and then complain about it. N. K. has a lot of people that has been their for about 8 years. When you enter a store with that type of bonds its ruff to break in to them. I really don't think I have had that ruff of a time. He thinks I have had it much worse then I do. I guess jess a department manger that came from post road is dealing with a lot of that. He basically told me not to get discouraged. Do the best that I can and watch my self. Their is a lot of good people here but a lot of back stabbers as well.He also told me that mac ( store manger) has a lot of faith in me and he said that is what really matters. So it was a nice little heart to heart. He is a really good guy.Alan starts overnights next Monday. Should be intrusting. I got to work tonight . What a way to start the new year.
