Just a quick exchange between me and the Customer Service Manager. Backstory is that the company does not allow users to dial long distance without an access code.

The other day I dialed a long distance number from my phone, and forgot to go through the long distance access code, but the call still went through. I understand that our phone system should not let you make long distance calls without going through the access code (phone card).
